Community during Cuffing Season

Do you feel pressure to date or be in a relationship?
Feel like you’re juggling a lot on your own?
Do you feel lonely during the winter holidays?
Are you not sure how to navigate being single?

Let’s grow a community together where you can feel connected, supported, & relieved from pressure. Join Carly Shaul, LMFT in a process group focused on creating community & navigating compulsory monogamy during this holiday season.

Thursdays weekly 3-4:30PM PST from 11/6/2025-2/26/2026 via zoom (w/ closed captions)

$45 per session (sliding scale spots at $15 and $30 available)

We’ll open with a check-in question/understanding access needs/reaffirming group norms, then create space for your thoughts on loneliness, dating/relationships, community supports we can access, and life pressures that impact us.

Bring a willingness to be open, knowledge of how you want to support others/openness to expressing what you need from the community, and any accessories you need to be in the virtual space.

Let’s build a strong community for this holiday season (and beyond? 👀)
